At Wallorah, we are committed to delivering premium-quality wall art that you'll love. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized artwork.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Clearance or final sale products (if applicable).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, future Cash on Delivery orders may not be accepted.

If a COD order is returned after shipment due to customer refusal or an incorrect address, shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.


7. Exchange Policy

If you'd like a different design or size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility.


8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Wallorah will arrange or reimburse the return shipping, as applicable.

If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
