Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- 🚚 Free Shipping on eligible orders across India.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

via Email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).
Secure Packaging
Every Wallorah product is carefully packed using premium protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their service policy.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Wallorah is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged upon delivery:
- Take clear photographs before opening the package.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email the photos along with your order number.
After verification, we will assist you with a replacement or resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes.
A COD convenience fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
Certain orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to:
